About the role
At Lowes Petroleum, we're dedicated to building a thriving Regional Australia. As one of the nation's largest and most trusted regional fuel and lubricant suppliers, we maintain our "country' ethos while expanding our reach across QLD, NSW, VIC & TAS. Our extensive network of bulk fuel and lubricant depots, delivery vehicles, and Retail Service Stations is supported by a team that is an integral part of the local communities we serve.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager to lead our small internal ICT team and manage a broad portfolio of technology services. Based at our Bulwer Island office in Pinkenba, Brisbane, and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with senior leaders, staff and external service providers to ensure our networks, systems, support services and software solutions are reliable, secure and aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for developing team capability, setting priorities, managing workloads and fostering a responsive, service-focused ICT culture.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical understanding with strategic thinking, people leadership and strong project management capability. You will oversee day-to-day ICT operations and support, lead network and infrastructure improvements, coordinate software development and system enhancement projects, and provide clear direction, coaching and performance support to ICT team members. You will help the business manage the opportunities and risks associated with cyber security, cloud platforms, mobility, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, while building productive relationships with staff, vendors, consultants and specialist partners.
