The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Commercial Property Manager (3+ years’ experience) to join our agency, recognised for its professionalism, quality and long-standing client relationships. Our focus is on delivering considered, best-practice management with precision, care and commercial insight.

This opportunity will suit a polished operator who values structure and accountability, takes pride in meticulous portfolio stewardship, and builds trusted relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues alike. You will be joining a respected, high-performing team where your expertise and contribution will be genuinely valued.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing the day-to-day of your Commercial Portfolio that comprises retail, office and small industrial properties. (Portfolio size up to 130 tenancies, starting smaller initially).

• Building and maintaining professional relationships with both Landlords and Tenants.

• Arrears management.

• Providing portfolio advice and market advice as required.

• Preparation and management of the annual estimate of outgoings and reconciliations.

• Monitoring and managing lease obligations, e.g. lease options and expiry.

• Coordinating and working together with the support team: Assistant Property Managers, Essential Services Assistants and Trust Account team.

• Database management.

• Maintenance management.

What Will You Bring?

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Management.

• Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence.

• Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

• Confident communication and negotiation skills.

• Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.

• Professional, client-focused approach with a collaborative team mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g. Cirrus8).
