Commercial Property Manager

About the role

The role will involve hands on commercial property management of approximately 110 tenancies, assisted by Trust Accounting staff, Head of Property Management and The Directors. The portfolio is approximately 70% industrial, with the remainder a mix of office, retail and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of commercial properties

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews

• Maintenance, repairs and contractor management

• Inspections, compliance and general tenancy management

• Landlord and tenant communication

• Portfolio administration using Re-Leased property management software

About you

• Commercial property management experience, with industrial experience highly regarded

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, positive attitude

• Re-Leased software experience – a huge bonus

• Agent's Representative Certificate

• Current driver's licence
