Rail Technicians, Fixed Line Operations

Jina Tracks is a 100% indigenous owned and operated business within the Pilbara. We are recruiting for experienced Rail personnel with a demonstrated history within the industry. Positions offered on a 8/6 roster 12hr days.

Expression of interest for the following roles 

• Team Leaders

• Nationally Accredited Flashbutt Welder’s

• Experienced Rail Technicians

• Skilled Labourers

• Entry Level for the right candidates

Responsibilities:

• Flashbutt Welding (including fixed line operations)

• Quality Assurance 

• Rail Preparations 

• Fault Finding & Diagnosis 

• Coaching & Mentoring 

• Rail Cutting

• Prep & Final Grinding 

• Risk Management Activities

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Strong understanding and high regard for safe working practices 

• Previous experience to the position applied for with relevant tickets 

• Based in Western Australia with preference to local within the Pilbara 

• Full C class drivers’ license, HR will be highly regarded 

• Ability to pass Rail Medical requirements 

• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure 

• National Police Clearance (NPC) (Current or willing to obtain one)

Highly Desirable:

• HRWL- C2, LF, DG

• Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer 

• Four-wheel drive training 

• Current First Aider
