We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to join our Team. The role would be on a part-time basis. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

About the Role

Samkay Health is currently seeking applications from dedicated Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to organise and manage lifestyle services for our residents in an individual, flexible, and customer focused manner.

• Reliability, flexibility and ability to work as a positive team member in a busy aged care environment

• Demonstrated resident advocacy while ensuring dignity of residents in your care

• Possession of a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Leisure & Lifestyle (or equivalent qualification).

Skills and experience

What we expect

• Passionate about residential aged care

• Must be flexible and self-motivated with good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Previous experience working in residential aged care

• Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care / Leisure & Lifestyle

• Current and Valid Police Check

• Valid Driving License

• Good verbal and written communication skills
