Leigh Place Aged Care has been providing quality aged care services to our community for over 30 years. We are guided by our innovative and compassionate values, and are seeking people with the same ideals to join our team!

We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing experienced part-time Lifestyle Officer (4 days per week) to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

About the role 

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Skills & Experience

• Certificate IV Leisure & Health
• Must be outgoing, energetic and highly creative!
• Ability to manage, plan and deliver a variety of quality activities 
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning
• An understanding of Dementia Support 
• Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
• Hold a current Police Check
