Looking for a practical sales support role with variety?

We’re looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Port Hedland depot on a part-time basis, working approximately 25 hours per week. This role combines customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and practical warehouse support, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a small local team.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing accurate quotations, sales orders and customer updates
• Checking pricing, stock availability, delivery details, payment terms and customer information before processing orders
• Supporting counter sales, customer enquiries and CRM activity notes
• Keeping customers and Area Managers updated on order progress and estimated delivery times
• Assisting with receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, freight documentation and stock control
• Following WHS requirements and helping keep the warehouse safe, tidy and organised

What you’ll bring

• Experience in sales support, customer service, warehouse or logistics
• Clear communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail when processing orders, checking pricing and maintaining customer or stock information
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence using ERP, CRM or order processing systems, with NetSuite and Salesforce well regarded
• Basic warehouse knowledge, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control
• Current driver’s licence, with forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain
