About the role

Henty Gold Mine is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead the underground maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance of underground plant, equipment and the surface mobile fleet.

This is a key leadership role reporting to the Underground Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture
• Manage preventative and breakdown maintenance programs
• Lead and develop maintenance personnel
• Coordinate servicing and repairs to maximise equipment availability
• Manage maintenance costs and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships across operations and contractors
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements

About you

• Trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic)
• 7+ years underground mobile/fixed plant experience
• Proven leadership and people management
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
