Service Coordinator

We are seeking Service Coordinators to act as the central point of contact across a portfolio of national client accounts. In this role, you will own the coordination of work from initial request through to completion, ensuring operational excellence while delivering a proactive, consistent, and high-quality client experience.

What You'll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you'll own the end-to-end coordination of work orders, ensuring every job is delivered efficiently while providing a seamless experience for your clients.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the complete work order lifecycle across a portfolio of client accounts.

• Coordinating technicians to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed service level agreements.

• Providing proactive communication and regular updates to clients, ensuring they remain informed throughout every stage of the job.

• Monitoring work order progress, identifying risks early and managing competing priorities to keep work on track.

• Working closely with Operations, Scheduling and Technical Managers to deliver the best possible outcomes.

• Preparing defect quotations, reviewing completed jobs and ensuring documentation is accurate and ready for invoicing.

• Maintaining accurate records across multiple client portals while ensuring compliance with client requirements.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance both operational efficiency and the client experience.

What You'll Bring

You'll also have:

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or work order management, ideally within facilities management, trade services or a similar environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, technicians and internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating issues and responding before they impact service delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple systems and client portals.

• A collaborative mindset, enjoying working closely with others to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• A commitment to accountability, continuous improvement and delivering an outstanding client experience.
