Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Migration Agent role based in Perth, WA. The Migration Agent will provide end-to-end support to clients, including assessing eligibility, advising on suitable visa pathways, preparing and lodging visa applications, and managing ongoing communication with clients and relevant authorities. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with current migration legislation and policies, maintaining accurate case records, and using case management systems to track application progress. The role also involves explaining complex migration requirements in clear terms, responding to client inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and client service standards.
Qualifications
Strong client service, communication, and interpersonal skills to support clients through complex and emotionally challenging migration processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills for assessing eligibility, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with migration regulations.Sound organizational and time management skills for handling multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.Proficiency with digital tools and case management software for tracking applications, managing documentation, and providing timely updates.Relevant tertiary qualification in law, migration, or a related field, and MARA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration).Up-to-date knowledge of Australian migration legislation, policy changes, and visa categories.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.Prior experience in migration consulting, legal services, or a related field is highly beneficial; multilingual skills are an advantage.
