The Armadale Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Hub is an innovative, integrated service delivered in partnership with Yorgum Healing Services and a range of specialist organisations. Together, we provide coordinated, culturally responsive and multidisciplinary support to individuals and families impacted by family and domestic violence.
In this role, you'll work alongside professionals from the following organisations:
Joining the FDV Hub means becoming part of a collaborative team of specialists dedicated to improving outcomes for victim survivors, families and communities across the Armadale region.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate FDV Educator to join the Koolark Healing Service team within the Armadale FDV Hub.
In this role, you will provide culturally safe intervention, support and educational services to adults and young people aged 14 years and over who use, or are at risk of using, family and domestic violence. Through case management, psychoeducation, group work and collaborative risk management, you will support participants to increase accountability, develop healthier relationship behaviours and reduce the use of violence.
