Registered Nurse - Night Shifts

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time permanent night duty position at our Wanneroo Community Nursing Home, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will be required to work 3 permanent night duty shifts per week across a fortnightly roster, as follows:

Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Sunday nights (10:00pm – 7:15am)

Week 2: Monday, Thursday & Sunday nights (10:00pm – 7:15am)

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

As an Elderbloom Registered Nurse, as member of the clinical and care team, you will be:

• Providing high-quality resident-focused clinical care and support
• Working collaboratively with management and fellow clinical and care team members
• Motivating, leading and supervising care and support services staff
• Completing reporting and documentation requirements

To be a successful applicant you will be/have:

• Registered without conditions or notations as a RN with AHPRA
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
• A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service
• Computer literacy and good communication skills

Essential criteria for this position include:

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in Australian aged care setting
• Relevant APHRA registration
• Proof of current flu vaccination status
• Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check
• Full working rights in Australia
