We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses across our facilities for a range of morning shifts (weekdays only) across our Jacaranda Lodge and Wanneroo Community Nursing Home sites on a casual basis - for an immediate start!

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

As an Elderbloom Registered Nurse, dependent on your scope of practice and as member of the clinical and care team, you will be:

• Providing high-quality resident-focused clinical care and support
• Working collaboratively with management and fellow clinical and care team members
• Motivating, leading and supervising care and support services staff
• Completing reporting and documentation requirements

To be a successful applicant, you will be/have:

• Registered without conditions or notations as a RN with AHPRA
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
• A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service
• Computer literacy and good communication skills

Essential criteria for this position include:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in an aged care setting
• Relevant AHPRA registration
• Proof of 2026 flu vaccination status
• Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check
• Right to work in Australia
