Melbourne’s Contract Finance & Accounting (CFA) team is hiring! One of the highest-performing teams in our Asia-Pacific operations, this well-established practice specialises in placing finance and accounting professionals across Melbourne. Our key focus areas include:
📊 Accounts Payable/Receivable
📊 Payroll
📊 Bookkeeping
📊 Assistant Accountant Roles

Your role & responsibilities

As a member of the CFA team, you will:
🔹 Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
🔹 Lead your own business development initiatives.
🔹 Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of specialisation.
🔹 Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
🔹 Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
🔹 Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.

What we look for:

We welcome candidates with either of the following backgrounds:
✔ 360-Degree Recruitment Experience (ideally 2+ years) – with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
OR
✔ B2B/consultative sales experience (ideally 3+ years) – looking to leverage your awesome sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career alongside a fabulous team of people.
