Mobile Speech Pathologist | OTE $100k - $150K + Company Vehicle

Roaming Therapy is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing mobile allied health team across Melbourne.

This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist with 2+ years' post-graduate experience who enjoys working autonomously and wants flexibility, strong earning potential and a varied community-based caseload.

You'll work primarily with paediatric clients, alongside some adult clients, providing therapy in homes, schools and community settings.

Your Responsibilities

As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Conduct speech pathology assessments for paediatric and adult clients

• Develop individualised therapy plans based on client goals

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology intervention

• Support clients with speech, language and communication needs

• Provide therapy across clients' homes, schools and community settings

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals

• Complete clinical notes, reports and required documentation

• Manage your caseload and appointment schedule

• Provide high-quality, client-centred care

• Travel to clients within your allocated Melbourne service area

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience

• Experience and confidence working with paediatric clients

• Ability and willingness to work with some adult clients

• Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work confidently and independently in the community

• Current driver's licence

• Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain

• Full Australian working rights

NDIS experience is highly regarded.
