About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to join Steadfast on a 12-month fixed term contract and support the delivery of a significant Microsoft 365 transformation program. This role will focus on project-based implementation across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Information Management, helping to modernise collaboration, governance, document management, and business processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related services.
• Deliver SharePoint Online solutions including information architecture, document management, metadata, content types, and governance frameworks.
• Configure and enhance Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and governance controls.
• Support migration and transformation initiatives from legacy file servers and platforms into Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and support teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including information architecture, governance, metadata, content management, and document management.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, and automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline, with Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure highly regarded.
