About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to join Steadfast on a 12-month fixed term contract and support the delivery of a significant Microsoft 365 transformation program. This role will focus on project-based implementation across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Information Management, helping to modernise collaboration, governance, document management, and business processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related services.Deliver SharePoint Online solutions including information architecture, document management, metadata, content types, and governance frameworks.Configure and enhance Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and governance controls.Support migration and transformation initiatives from legacy file servers and platforms into Microsoft 365.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and support teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
Skills and Qualifications:
5-7+ years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within enterprise environments.Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including information architecture, governance, metadata, content management, and document management.Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience implementing Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, and automation solutions using PowerShell.Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline, with Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure highly regarded.
