At Flare, we’re on a mission to help every employee live their best financial life. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers - the voice of Flare - playing a vital role in growing our sales pipeline and shaping our future success.

About the Role

• Generate high-quality opportunities and set meetings for our sales team with target accounts

• Research, identify, and engage new prospects through a variety of outbound channels

• Actively manage and nurture your pipeline of leads, with a focus on conversion

• Own your schedule with excellent time management to meet and exceed key metrics

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B sales and outbound calling

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to learn

• Resilient, proactive, and confident - you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
