About Ngwala
Ngwala Willumbong is a leading provider of culturally safe and effective support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We are committed to supporting individuals affected by alcohol and other drug misuse, providing them with pathways to recovery through holistic and culturally appropriate rehabilitation programs.
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Rehabilitation Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients affected by alcohol and drug misuse, providing essential support as they navigate their recovery journey. You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and culturally respectful environment, while also assisting with a variety of program activities that empower clients to overcome substance misuse.
