Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 13 branches throughout Australia with 3 branches here in VIC. Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunity involves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

• Counter and phone sales

• Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.

• The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items

• Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships

• Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests

• Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion

• Customer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work autonomously in a team environment

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required

• An interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
