Internal Sales

ACD Trade is one of Australia's largest air-conditioning wholesalers with 16 branches located across QLD, WA & NT. As part of the Beijer Ref Group, Australia, we have over 100 branches and approximately 800 employees.

This is an opportunity for a customer service star to join us in the position of Internal Sales based in our Bibra Lake branch.

About your new role?

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with phone and counter sales enquiries;

• Providing product information and support to customers (training will be provided);

• Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers;

• Building relationships with customers based on honesty, capability and great communication; and

• General administration/warehouse duties.

If you are: 

• Self-motivated with a good work ethic;

• Take your work seriously, yet able to have a laugh in a casual work environment;

• Have great attention to detail and good organisational skills;

• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol assessment;

• Have Basic to Intermediate level of computer skills; and

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
