Internal Sales Support

About the Role:

FireSense is a specialist supplier of Electronic Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Rated Cables to Installers and Wholesalers. We are a dynamic, fast growing, 100% Australian owned business.

Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Support person to work from our Victoria Branch in Port Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will join our team in an internal capacity and duties will include helping to increase sales and assist with the growth of our business. We are looking for an outstanding individual that meets and exceeds our expectations. Previous experience in the electrical industry is not essential as full training on our product range and CRM will be provided.

Main duties/responsibilities:

• Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.

• Counter sales including customer development.

• Picking and packing of orders.

• Generate sales quotes promptly and accurately.

• Manage client relationships by providing responsive customer service and support.

• Enter and maintain sales and customer information in the company job system.

• Support sales representatives as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

• An excellent telephone manner, good relationship skills and a professional demeanour.

• A keen eye for detail.

• Show initiative and forward thinking.

• Competent computer skills essential.
