About you

• Hold a natural aptitude and enjoyment for hands on, practical work

• Previous industry experience or exposure in the form of commercial maintenance or construction

• Full Australian Driver's Licence

• Demonstrated dedication and discipline to long term goals, whether it be through team sports, community work or other apprenticeships

• Completion of a pre apprenticeship or similar will be highly regarded

• Strong willingness and ability to develop trade knowledge and problem-solving skills

• Strong initiative with a safe approach to completing tasks

• Professional and respectful attitude

• Able to follow instructions and understand the value of constructive feedback

• Prepared to work early starts, varied hours and sometimes in sometimes tough conditions

• Professional self-presentation and pride in personal standards
