 Role purpose

As Front Office Supervisor, you are the first point of contact and a key driver of guest satisfaction. You will deliver a welcoming, personalised arrival experience, oversee core front office operations, and resolve requests with ownership, care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the front office team to achieve service and performance standards.

• Deliver a consistent, warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experience.

• Manage reservations, guest enquiries, payments, and general administration with accuracy.

• Resolve requests and issues promptly, escalating appropriately while maintaining ownership.

• Provide local recommendations and tailored guidance to support each guest's stay.

• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to support operational flow and room readiness.

• Maintain brand-aligned service standards across all interactions.
