Assistant Property Manager

Our Property Management team comprises approximately 24 staff across the Armadale and Richmond offices managing properties for a diverse list of private investors and property owners. 

The Assistant Property Manager role is key to providing portfolio support for our Portfolio Managers, while learning key processes that will see them step into their own portfolio over time.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Routine Inspections

• Condition Reports

• Some open for inspections

• Ad-hoc Property Management support in areas such as maintenance and arrears management.

About You

To excel in this role you will require :-

• excellent communication skills and phone manner

• attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• a current driver’s licence and reliable car

• a current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or full Estate Agent’s licence
