This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager looking to build a successful career in real estate. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the management of a high-quality residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

The Role

Based from our St Leonards/Chatswood office, you will be working with a Senior Property Manager. Here you will work across a range of tasks including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio

• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors

• Schedule and conduct routine inspections and entry condition reports

• Prepare lease documentation, tenancy agreements, and renewals

• Process rental applications and conduct tenant reference checks

• Monitor rental arrears and follow up outstanding payments

• Assist with leasing activities, including open homes and private inspections

• Maintain accurate records within the agency CRM and property management systems

• Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and agency procedures

The Essentials:

You will have at least 1 years experience across leasing or property management. More than anything you will have the will for property, we can teach the skill. The willingness to immerse yourself in an environment of learning and assist wherever you can is of paramount importance, as is your career. 

• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• A high level of organisational and prioritising skills
