Property Manager

About the Role

You will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, supported by an experienced team, established processes and modern property management systems.

This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position based in a high-profile Lower North Shore location.

Your key duties will include:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio

• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Prepare detailed and accurate condition reports

• Manage rental arrears and follow-up

• Conduct regular rent reviews and lease renewals

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Prepare management agreements and tenancy agreements

• Review and process tenancy applications

• Manage bond claims and related documentation

• Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings when required

• Liaise with insurers and assist with insurance-related matters

• Respond professionally to landlord and tenant enquiries

• Ensure all portfolio documentation and records are accurate and compliant

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 1–3+ years of Property Management experience

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence, as applicable

• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional phone and email communication skills

• A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude

• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded
