We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Warehouse Dispatcher to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an important role within our warehouse operation, responsible for coordinating the dispatch of customer orders and ensuring trucks arrive, are loaded and depart efficiently and on schedule.

You will work closely with the warehouse team, transport providers, truck drivers and customers to ensure orders are dispatched accurately, safely and on time.

About the Role

As our Warehouse Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day dispatch of orders from our warehouse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the dispatch of completed customer orders from the warehouse.

• Organising and monitoring truck arrivals for scheduled collections.

• Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, checked and ready for dispatch.

• Communicating with truck drivers regarding collection times, loading requirements and site procedures.

• Ensuring the correct orders are dispatched to the correct destination.

• Checking dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation and relevant order information.

• Monitoring truck loading and departure times to ensure collections run efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate records of dispatched orders and truck movements.

• Communicating with customers and transport providers regarding order collections and delivery requirements.

• Managing changes, delays and urgent dispatch requirements throughout the day.

• Working closely with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain an efficient flow of orders.

• Ensuring all dispatch activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in warehouse dispatch, logistics, transport or a similar environment.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when checking orders and dispatch documentation.

• Confident communication skills when dealing with drivers, transport companies, customers and warehouse staff.

• The ability to coordinate multiple orders and truck collections throughout the day.

• A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving dispatch issues.

• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy warehouse environment.

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse, inventory or dispatch systems.

• A strong commitment to accuracy, safety and customer service.

• A reliable and professional approach to work.

Hours: Mon - Thu 7:30am - 4pm, Fri 7:30am - 3pm
Salary: $60,000
