Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Service team at Regency Park.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and supporting a busy commercial team. Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail leadership, internal sales or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded.

·    Manage customer enquiries by phone and email.

·    Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

·    Prepare quotations and assist customers with product information.

·    Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

·    Coordinate with operations, warehouse and sales teams to achieve excellent customer outcomes.

·    Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.

·    Deliver a high standard of service that strengthens customer loyalty.

·    Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail or internal sales.

·    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·    Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

·    Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.

·    A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

·    The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

·    A genuine desire to build a long-term career.

·    Experience in building products, manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution or trade-related industries.

·    Experience preparing quotes or processing orders.

·    Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
