• Managing your own residential property portfolio

• Leasing properties and processing applications

• Building great relationships with Rental Providers and renters

• Managing arrears and payment follow-ups

• Coordinating and actioning maintenance

• Closing routine inspection reports

• Managing lease renewals and rent increases

• Managing vacates and final inspection outcomes

• Handling bond claims and VCAT matters when required

• Keeping your portfolio organised and up to date

Someone who is:

• Organised, proactive and a great communicator

• Confident managing their own portfolio

• Great at building relationships

• Able to work independently while still being a team player

• Positive, reliable and ready to get involved

• Experienced in Property Management

• Familiar with Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
