Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our established and fast-growing real estate office. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with the support of strong systems, clear procedures, and an experienced team behind you. Our focus is on proactive communication, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance

• Managing arrears in line with company procedures

• Coordinating leases, renewals, and rent reviews

• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management

• Current SA registration (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture

• Professional, organised, and solutions-focused

• Experience with property management software preferred
