Property Manager

About the Role

Join our team at Hartley Partners, Gregory Street, North Ward 4810. We are seeking either an experienced Property Manager or a Property Manager Assistant who is willing to learn.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their investments are well-maintained.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, tenant placements, and maintenance

• Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management

• Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns

• Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, liaising with contractors as needed

• Provide expert advice to landlords on maximising returns and maintaining property values

• Support the wider team with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Some experience in a residential property management role

• Knowledge of the local real estate market and legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

• Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools

• A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
