Are you customer focused, hands-on, and passionate about the building and construction industry?

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Trade Sales Assistant to join Concrete Protection Australia and support our growing trade and retail operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, building relationships, and learning about specialised construction and surface protection products.

This is a customer-facing role focused on:

• Assisting trade and retail customers in-store and over the phone

• Providing product advice and recommendations

• Processing sales and orders

• Building strong customer relationships

• Supporting showroom presentation and stock organisation

• Assisting with trade sales growth and customer follow-up

• Learning about waterproofing, sealers, coatings, concrete repair and construction products

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and professional attitude

• Is sales focused and customer driven

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Has good communication and relationship-building skills

• Is willing to learn technical products and systems

• Can work both independently and as part of a team

The following experience would be highly regarded:

• Retail or trade sales experience

• Building, construction, waterproofing, tiling, concreting or hardware industry knowledge

• Warehouse or dispatch experience

• Experience using POS or inventory systems
