The Role

As a Functions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing event bookings.

• Coordinate and manage private functions and events across multiple venues.

• Handle client enquiries, bookings, and confirmations.

• Work with venue managers and staff to ensure flawless event execution.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Ensure all functions align with company standards and policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
