About The Role
Lead, support and shape the Junior Medical Workforce
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated JMO Manager to join our team and play a key role in the coordination, management and support of Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) across the Tweed Valley Network.
Working closely with medical leadership, workforce and rostering teams, the JMO Manager is responsible for overseeing recruitment, rostering, workforce planning, accreditation requirements and the delivery of a high-quality training and employment experience for JMOs. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage complex workforce priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
