Sales Representative

PPTools, one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of solid carbide cutting tools, is expanding and we are looking for driven and capable Sales Representatives to support our growth—particularly into the wood and composite materials market.

PPTools manufactures high‑quality solid carbide tooling for a wide range of industries and is now rapidly expanding its offering to the woodworking and composites sector, including both new tooling solutions and tool servicing. In addition, we are the exclusive Australian agent for LEUCO Precision Tools and Saws, supplying and servicing diamond and TCT tooling nationwide.

This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone comfortable operating independently and working directly with industrial clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing premium tooling solutions in the field.

• Proven ability to sell and communicate effectively in industrial or technical environments

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills

• Capability to prepare reports, provide feedback, and communicate clearly with management

• Confidence to make decisions when engaging with clients

A trade background in woodworking or cabinetry would be advantageous but is not essential. Product training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Salary and benefits will be negotiated based on experience and capability.
