The role…

Join the team at The Pat GC Bar & Eatery and help bring the West Beach Parks experience to life. Every shift is different, from serving up morning coffees and delicious meals to keeping the good vibes flowing during busy service periods.

• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash in line with procedures
• Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee, beverages, and light food offerings
• Undertake food preparation and basic cooking tasks in accordance with menu and quality standards
• Maintain stock control, including monitoring levels, rotation, and storage practices
• Complete cleaning duties to ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-presented workspace
• Comply with all food safety requirements, including completing logs and required checks
• Provide efficient service during peak periods while maintaining presentation and product standards
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic issues, escalating when required
• Work collaboratively with team members and support the Team Leader in daily operations

Hours and shifts are varied over a 7-day roster based on the operational requirements. You will be required to be available to work any hours and days as requested.

You Are….

A positive, well-presented and enthusiastic person who has exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships.

Ideally, you have experience in face-to-face customer service roles as well as experience in food handling and coffee making.
