Marketing Assistants / Practice Coordinator – Casual (3 Days/Week, Ongoing)

About the role

Cosmetic Medical Clinic (CMC) is seeking a reliable and organised Marketing Assistant & Practice Coordinator for an ongoing casual position working three regular days per week in Sydney CBD.

The position combines junior marketing support with practice administration. Training and direction will be provided within the clinic’s established systems and processes. New graduates and students with relevant marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook campaigns under the clinic's direction

• Prepare written and visual content for social media and the clinic website

• Assist with educational video content, including basic editing and preparation for publication

• Create simple digital graphics, social media assets and video thumbnails

• Complete assigned marketing projects using Jira

• Monitor digital content and conduct general market and competitor research

• Ensure all content is submitted for approval and follows the clinic's internal marketing and compliance requirements

• Manage bookings, rescheduling and client records using Zanda

• Handle telephone, email and online enquiries professionally

• Support the clinic's daily administrative operations

About you

• Current study, recent qualification or practical experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads and social media marketing

• Basic video-editing and digital-content preparation skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions and documented processes

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, social media scheduling or healthcare marketing will be highly regarded
