🥐 Bakery Apprentices Required – New Farm

The Bakeologists New Farm is looking for two enthusiastic apprentices to join our team and learn the craft of baking and pastry.

We have opportunities available for:

🍰 Pastry Apprentice

Monday–Friday, 6:30am starts

Work alongside our pastry team creating a wide range of products, including:

• Cakes and slices

• Cookies

• Savoury pastries

• Sandwiches

• Other delicious pastry products

🍞 Bread Baker Apprentice

Tuesday–Saturday, evening shifts

Learn the art of bread baking and work with a variety of doughs and products, including:

• White and specialty sliced breads

• Sourdough

• Sweet breads

• Doughnuts

• A range of other bakery products

What we're looking for

Both positions are entry-level apprenticeship opportunities. We're looking for applicants who have:

• A strong and reliable work ethic

• A flexible and positive attitude

• A genuine interest in food and baking

• The ability to follow direction

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills every day

• Reliability and commitment to the team

No previous professional baking experience is required — we're looking for people who are keen to learn and build a career in the baking industry.
