Field Service Technician

About the role

Sesami is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Sydney to support the region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our clients' cash management solutions. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to service calls and perform maintenance and repair services on a variety of equipment at client sites

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement effective solutions

3. Maintain detailed records of all service work performed

4. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

5. Collaborate with the wider Sesami team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience

2. Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment

3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and the wider team

4. Flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

5. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required
