Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super
Location: Pascoe Vale, Melbourne VIC (Hybrid – Work from home 1–2 days per week or fully remote for interstate candidates)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate or Senior Tax Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of their work and grow with us. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services.

Your day will involve:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

• Managing compliance and tax matters including FBT, GST, and related obligations

• Identifying opportunities to add value through business and tax advisory support

• Building strong relationships with clients and providing practical, solutions-focused advice

• Collaborating with a close-knit team and having direct access to supportive Directors

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (CA or CPA qualified or working towards it – preferred but not essential)

• Intermediate: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

• Senior: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice (or based on experience)

• Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Xero

• Experience with Handisoft and Simple Fund BGL 360 is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Full working rights in Australia
