Join a collaborative Cardiology and Research team where your work directly supports clinical research, innovation and improved patient outcomes across South Western Sydney Provide high-level administrative and research support to Principal Investigators, Research Coordinators and the Director of Research, helping deliver important clinical trials and research projects Work with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, researchers and trial sponsors, to ensure research activities and departmental operations run efficiently and professionally Contribute to a team committed to excellence, collaboration and delivering high-quality support services that enable research and patient-centred care

As a valued member of the team, you will contribute your expertise, professionalism and commitment through the following:
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clinicians, researchers, sponsors and other stakeholders Proactive and adaptable, capable of working independently and collaboratively to support a busy Cardiology and Research team Strong experience in administration, clinical research or clinical trials, including document preparation, database management and coordination of meetings and research activities

Include the types of responsibilities you managed and the systems and software you used.This role requires the coordination of complex documentation and financial administration activities. Please describe your experience preparing and managing reports, meeting papers, executive correspondence, financial records, budgets and invoices. Include the systems used, your level of responsibility, and the processes you followed to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
