NDIS Support Worker ( Filipino Background)

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable NDIS Support Workers to empower participants with disabilities to live independently, build practical daily skills, and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living: Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, shopping, and household tasks.
• Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with hygiene, grooming, medication prompts, and mobility.
• Community Engagement: Support participants on social outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Documentation: Log accurate shift notes, goal progress, and incident reports in accordance with NDIS standards.

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate ("Quality, Safety and You").
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
• Certificate III/IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred, not essential).

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour
