Treasury Manager

Your Impact

This is a hands-on treasury role where your technical judgement will matter. You will lead effective cash, working capital and risk management activities, provide clear forecasting and reporting, and help build stronger treasury governance. Working across Finance and with key partners in Procurement, Supply Chain, Japan head office and our banking partners, you will bring the depth and ownership needed to keep pace with a large and evolving business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreign currency and commodity transactions and hedging activity 
• Deliver accurate cash-flow forecasting and support cash management 
• Contribute to treasury risk management and financial reporting 
• Identify and implement process improvements 
• Support projects that improve capability, controls and ways of working 
• Build effective relationships across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain key stakeholders

About You

You will bring strong, relevant experience and a solid grounding in corporate treasury. Direct experience dealing and hedging foreign currency is essential, along with cash-flow forecasting and the confidence to work autonomously. You will also have demonstrated examples of improving processes and governance or delivering projects. 
 
You are passionate, driven and technically capable, while remaining approachable, practical and easy to work with. Commodities exposure would be advantageous.
