Casual Night Manager Position

The Role: 

As Night Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, responding to incidents, handling emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. With a calm and adaptable approach, you’ll manage everything from security checks to admin tasks, while providing reassurance and assistance to residents when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor building safety through regular checks and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
• Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.
• Support residents as a friendly, approachable point of contact for welfare and assistance.
• Complete admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.
• Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts.

Skills & Experience Required: 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Must hold a valid Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Working with Children's Check (VIC)
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or security
• Experience with managing overnight responsibilities + autonomous work
