Project Manager- Data Centre / Application Migration

🚨 Hiring: Project Manager – Data Centre / Application Migration📍 Melbourne | 💼 Contract (12 months)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale data centre / application migration program for a high-profile organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple dependencies.
What you’ll be doing:Lead end-to-end migration delivery (discovery → cutover → validation)Develop detailed project plans, migration waves, and dependency mapsDefine cutover strategies, rollback plans, and governance frameworksManage RAID logs, risks, issues, and change control processesCoordinate across infrastructure, apps, network, security, and vendorsEngage with senior stakeholders and communicate across all levels
What we’re looking for:Proven experience delivering data centre or large-scale migration programsStrong planning skills (MS Project or similar tools)Solid understanding of infrastructure, applications, and networksExperience managing business-critical cutovers and dependenciesExcellent stakeholder & vendor management skills
Nice to have:Cloud / hybrid / co-location migration experienceBackground in banking or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
