Your New Role
Whilst every M&A analyst role responsibility is identical across the world, it's the team that makes the difference.  You'll work alongside graduates, associates, and directors who have already come up the ranks and are happy to help you up the ladder - if you put the work in.  You will be involved in primarily sell side transactions, from building financial models, slide decks, providing desktop research, financial DD, creating offering memoranda, be client facing at times, and come up with your own ideas to pitch.  Please note, this is an experienced analyst hire, not a graduate role.

Your Profile
The brief is for an analyst II/III type level, we do not need graduates, we already have them in the team.  You may come from valuations, transaction services, or another M&A advisory background.  You demonstrate knowledge of traditional M&A banking concepts (you will be tested), ability to create 3 statement financial models, and think commercially.  You are hungry for success, have demonstrated outperformance in the classroom, and have gained 12-24 months of corporate finance experience, but perhaps want to upgrade the team you play for.  You are an excellent communicator, able to influence, write formal reports, and create impactful slide decks for pitches.  You can think on your feet, engage well in meetings with good table manners, and have leadership potential.
