Are you an experienced mental health clinician looking to step into a senior role where you can influence practice and make a meaningful difference?
Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Sale Community Mental Health Team on a full time or part time (0.8 EFT) basis. This is an opportunity to provide clinical leadership, support a skilled multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality, recovery-oriented care for adults across the Gippsland community.
You'll work alongside an experienced leadership group, using your clinical expertise and professional judgement to support colleagues, strengthen team practice and contribute to service improvement. Importantly, the role allows you to continue providing direct clinical care while developing your leadership capability.

About the Role
As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will provide clinical leadership within the Sale Community Mental Health Team while maintaining a clinical caseload.
Working closely with the Site and Operations Manager and other senior clinicians, your key responsibilities will include:
