Guest Service Agent (Casual)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Guest Service Agent to join our front office team and help deliver outstanding guest experiences.

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating warm first impressions and ensuring every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs with confidence and efficiency

• Handle guest enquiries and requests in person, by phone, and via email

• Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met

• Process payments and reservations accurately

• Resolve issues calmly and professionally, always focusing on guest satisfaction

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality

• Is well-presented, professional, and friendly

• Has strong communication and organisational skills

• Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Has good attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks at once

• Has local knowledge or a willingness to learn and share recommendations with guests

Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
