Yogurberry Australia is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee our corporate frozen yogurt stores in Woden. This permanent full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to drive store performance, maintain brand standards, and develop high-performing teams.

About the Role

Lead and support store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experience.

Drive sales, brand standards, and operational efficiency through regular store visits, coaching, and performance audits.

Oversee staffing, training, inventory, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance store performance.

Act as the key link between Yogurberry Head Office and store teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Who We Are Looking For

✔ Store management experience in retail or food & beverage

✔ Background in a fast-paced environment; franchise experience is a plus

✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills

✔ Proven track record in performance analysis, strategy implementation, and KPI achievement

✔ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Korean highly regarded

Pay: $48,916.62 – $79,446.57 per year
